The outbreak associated with Diamond Shruumz brand edibles has continued to grow, with the total number of illnesses now exceeding 100. As of August 6, there have been 113 reported cases of illness across 28 states, with 42 people hospitalized and two deaths under investigation.

Despite the recall of all Diamond Shruumz edibles, the FDA has discovered that these products are still available in some stores and online outlets. The FDA has posted a comprehensive list of hundreds of stores and online platforms where the products were sold.

Impacted Products and Health Risks

The implicated edibles include chocolate bars, gummies, and cones, which have been found to contain dangerous chemicals. Patients have reported symptoms such as respiratory failure, seizures, central nervous system depression, loss of consciousness, confusion, sleepiness, agitation, abnormal heart rates, hyper/hypotension, nausea, and vomiting.

Recalled Products and Consumer Advice
