Undeclared Allergens: Lidl GB recalls Select and Go Sushi Box Salmon and Shrimp

Select and Go Sushi Box Salmon and Shrimp is being recalled by Lidl GB because it contains ingredients that are not clearly stated on the label, including fish, mustard, sesame, soy, eggs, wheat (gluten), milk, and sulfites. This indicates that the product may provide a health risk to anyone who has celiac disease, a sensitivity to sulfites or sulfide-containing chemicals, coeliac disease, fish, mustard, sesame, soy, eggs, wheat, gluten, milk, or milk components, or who have allergies to any of these substances.

Consumer Advice:

The aforementioned product is being recalled by Lidl GB from customers, and the company has been instructed to get in touch with the appropriate allergy support groups so that they can inform their members of the recall. Additionally, the business has sent its clients a point-of-sale alert. Customers are informed of these warnings as to why the product is being recalled and what they should do if they have already purchased it. See the notice in the attachment.

Do not consume the aforementioned product if you have coeliac disease, a sensitivity to sulfite or sulfur dioxide, sulfites, fish, mustard, sesame, or soy, a sensitivity to eggs, wheat, gluten, milk, or milk components, or if you have any of the allergies listed above. Instead, throw it away or bring it back to the Lidl GB shop to receive a full refund.
