The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has announced a nationwide recall of nine potato chip products manufactured by Utz Quality Foods due to possible contamination with Salmonella. The affected products were sold under the popular Zapp’s and Dirty brand names across retail stores in the United States. The recall was initiated after one of Utz’s third-party ingredient suppliers, California Dairies, Inc., recalled milk powder that may have been contaminated with Salmonella.
