Urgent food recall issued as dipping sauce pull from shelves over potential  health danger

On 30 April 2025, PandaFresh issued a recall of CuiHong Chili Oil Dipping Mix (also sold as CuiHong Spicy Dip) due to the presence of peanuts not declared on the product label. This poses a serious health risk to individuals with a peanut allergy, prompting an urgent withdrawal of affected batches.

Product Details:

  1. Product Name: CuiHong Chili Oil Dipping Mix (10g Sachets, 10-pack)
  2. Best Before Dates: 09 August 2025, 10 August 2025, and 12 October 2025

Allergen Concern:
The product contains peanuts, which are not declared on the label, making it unsafe for those with peanut allergies.

Action Taken:
PandaFresh is actively recalling the product from all retail and online points of sale.
