Health Risk:
Campylobacter infection can result in symptoms such as diarrhea, stomach cramps, fever, nausea, and vomiting. These symptoms usually develop within 2-5 days after consuming contaminated food and can last for up to a week. In some cases, it can lead to severe illness, particularly for vulnerable individuals like young children, pregnant women, elderly people, and those with weakened immune systems.
