SSM International Pty Ltd has issued a nationwide recall for its Stage 1 Coco2 Infant Formula 800g, Stage 2 Coco2 Follow-on Formula 800g, and Stage 3 Coco2 Toddler Drink 800g. These products were sold at Go-Vita and Priority Health outlets across NSW, QLD, VIC, and SA, Priceline in QLD, and online nationally.

Reason for Recall

The recall is due to labelling errors, specifically:

Incorrect scoop size
Incorrect feeding instructions

Such discrepancies pose a serious food safety hazard, especially for infants and toddlers, as improper feeding instructions can lead to health complications due to over- or under-dilution of formula.
