Wegmans Food Markets is voluntarily recalling products containing micro greens, sweet pea leaves, and cat grass because they may contain Salmonella. Salmonella can cause serious and fatal infections in young children, elderly people, and people with weakened immune systems. the symptoms include fever, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and stomach pain.
