Inside-out unsweetened Almond milk has been recalled in Australia. This recall is due to biotoxin contamination, according to food safety officials. Botulism toxin is extremely harmful and has been connected to life-threatening illnesses.

The contamination was discovered after a person experienced severe botulism symptoms after consuming the product. The symptoms are blurred vision, weakness, fatigue, diarrhea, and vomiting. The company officials said they take the food contamination issue very seriously and they initiated a voluntary recall as soon as they were alerted of a potential contamination concern.
