Krispy Kreme has issued a recall for its Individual Pitch Perfect Doughnut and Match Day Dozen products due to the presence of undeclared hazelnuts (nuts). The recall was announced following concerns that the affected products may contain hazelnuts that are not declared on the product label, posing a potential health risk to consumers with nut allergies.
The products may contain hazelnuts (nuts) that are not listed on the packaging. Individuals with a hazelnut allergy could experience serious allergic reactions if they consume the affected products.
Krispy Kreme is recalling the affected products from customers and has notified relevant allergy support organizations. Recall notices have also been displayed at points of sale, informing consumers about the issue and the steps they should take.
Consumers who have purchased the affected products and have an allergy to hazelnuts should not consume them. The products can be returned to the store where they were purchased for a full refund, with or without a receipt.
