Health authorities in Canada have expanded an ongoing recall involving pistachios and pistachio-containing products due to potential Salmonella contamination. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has issued multiple recall warnings beginning November 12, 2025, covering several brands and unbranded bulk products sold across multiple provinces and through online platforms. Consumers are urged to check their pantries and immediately stop consuming the affected products.

Many were sold in clerk-served formats, bulk bins, or small grocery stores across Ontario, while others were distributed across several provinces including Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Quebec, and via online retailers.
